Position Overview

Performs shop in-process inspection and approves outgoing product by performing the following duties.

Essential Job Functions

• Reads drawings and blueprints to effectively qualify machined products
• Uses basic measuring equipment (height gages, bore gages, muller gages, etc.)
• Reads and interprets Control Plans.
• Runs basic CMM and M&M programs.
• Performs cell product audits and documents inspection results
• Preforms Final Audits before shipping to customer
• Preforms outgoing product audits before shipping to outside operations
• Maintains records of all measurements
• Other duties may be assigned.

**Education

**– High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

**Experience/Training

** – 3-year related experience or training.
