We are seeking:

Our facility is seeking a Nursing Supervisor who will be responsible for managing and leading the nursing staff. The supervisor will also be responsible for making sure that all nursing staff is up-to-date on all important policies and procedures, as well as for monitoring the accuracy of all nursing documentation. The perfect candidate will have an excellent understanding of our facility's mission and goals and be able to represent these effectively to both patients and our employees.

• Graduation from an educational program as a Registered Nurse
• A Valid Pennsylvania RN License
• 1-year experience in SNF/LTC, preferably as a supervisor

What is your role? RN Supervisor responsibilities include:

• Oversee and deliver nursing care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care
• Lead the nursing staff using the Nurse Practice Act, LH Standards, Policies and Procedures, and good nursing judgment
• Assess residents, make observations, and report pertinent information about the resident's care
• Implement the resident plan of care and evaluate the resident response
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing personnel
