Job Description:
- Position: Registered Nurse Case Manager
- Location: Remote - New Jersey Only
- Assignment Length: 6 months
- Shift: Days (5x8hrs) Mon- Fri, No OT
- Guaranteed Hours weekly: 40
- Remote in New Jersey- (In person training for the 1st week in Newark)
- Union, Ocean, Burlington, Hudson, and Essex are preferred.
- Open to Bergen, Passaic, Middlesex, and Monmouth
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a clinical acute care setting, preferably in home health and/or geriatrics
- Prior case management experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Must have Active RN License.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $1,520.00 - $1,720.00 per week
