RN Building Charge Nurse- RN Supervisor Job at Superior Healthcare Management
Bayshor is recruiting for RN Building Charge Nurse- RN Supervisor position for PM shift.
The RN Building Charge Nurse duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines
- Supervising CNAs and LPNs
- Medication administration * Wound and treatment care
- Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure
- Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for RN Nurse review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
- Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents.
