Job Description
STARTING HOURLY RANGE is a minimum of $16/hr - $17/hr based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a strong commission program based on store sales metrics. We offer great retail store hours and this position typically works 21-30 hours per week.
Qualifications
- High School Education and 1+ years related retail sales experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to greet, engage, and converse with customers needs
- Openness to learn product knowledge and problem solve.
Physical Demands:
- Lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, lacing shoes, and climbing a ladder.
- Responsible for ensuring light housekeeping duties but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, and setting up and maintaining displays are complete.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
