At Office Depot and Office Max, our Sales Consultant Services is responsible for engaging and providing an exceptional customer service experience. The associate must quickly build ongoing customer relationships, become a trusted advisor by utilizing advanced technology product and services selling behaviors, skills and knowledge (including cross-selling of products and services). The associate’s advanced selling behaviors will result in closing sales that meet the customer’s needs and contribute to the store’s sales goals.
The associate in this role demonstrates a passion for the brand, technology product and services solutions knowledge. He/she will utilize Office Depot and Office Max’s proven sales principles to proactively engage customers and drive the sales of Technology Products and Services by properly assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction in very interaction. Required successful completion of current Tech/Services Certification and continued education in the area. The associate must quickly develop advanced product and solution expertise in key areas such as technology, furniture, with a general understanding of Print Services. The essential functions of this position may require you to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party.
