Our Solution Specialist Job Description
- Sell wireless phones, services and accessories in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and gain customers • Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures
- Assist in maintaining store appearance
- Participate in meetings and marketing events inside and outside of the store Qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year of retail experience in sales or customer service
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in cash handling • Wireless knowledge and/or sales experience
- Proficient computer skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
- High energy with a positively inviting personality is a PLUS!
