Retail Sales Associate Job at Cloud 9 Paducah LLC.
We are looking for a highly motivated Retail Sales Representative with a highly positive attitude to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals for our business. Knowledge of vaping and smoking accessories preferred, along with a strong desire to work in the industry. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. We are very big on providing top notch customer service!!! You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about vaping and/or smoking accessories. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
Responsibilities
- This job requires candidates to eventually work by themselves once trained, so the ability to keep yourself busy without supervision is a strong requirement.
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific vapes/ smoking accessories
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked at all times
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services. We do provide time for product training.
- Arriving for shifts promptly and missing minimal work days.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas (bonuses available)
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- High school degree
- product knowledge: vaping devices, e-liquid juices, waterpipes, hookahs, etc. Preferred, not required.
