POSITION TITLE: Retail Operations Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Director of Retail Operations

Retail Operations Coordinator to assist the Director of Retail Operations in planning, directing, and coordinating all operations of the growing retail organization. You will be responsible to coordinate and implement operations and administration in support of the retail stores. Seeking a dynamic and energetic team member looking to grow in our organization.

  • Proficiency in GDocs and Gsheets
  • Organization and time management to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills with an ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and provide excellent work.
  • Problem Solver with the ability to be able to quickly assess a problem, identify a solution and fix or loop in the corresponding teams for assistance.
  • Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget

Role Description

As Retail Operations Coordinator, you will be assisting the Director of Retail Operations in managing the day-to-day details of building a growing retail organization as well as working closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager and SVP of Omni.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily, Weekly and Seasonal Reporting
  • Store Inventory Adjustments
  • Managing Markdowns
  • ASN Management
  • PO Log Tracking
  • Assist with Seasonal Stock Counts
  • Assisting Director in Customer Orders/Omni Order Management alongside Customer Service Team
  • Running/Distributing RTW / Transfer Lists for stores
  • Manage Web Platforms such as Yelp, Google, Bing, paige.com
  • Assisting Director with Incentive Programs
  • Supply Management in retail locations
  • Placing/Tracking monthly supply orders
  • Placing/Tracking new store opening supply & décor orders
  • Following up with third party vendors on services and orders
  • Work with VMM on PK/Table & Mannequin Suggestions
  • Work with VMM on in store signage distribution / management
  • Manage and Allocate Orders with our AP Department
  • Team Birthday/Anniversary Order Management
  • Oversees delivery of projects and making adjustments as necessary to ensure delivery of specifications and high standards
  • Organize third party providers and vendors to deliver elements that cant be produced in-house

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
