We are immediately seeking: Assistant Retail Manager - Full Time

This position is responsible for maximizing sales and delivering an exceptional guest experience. In this exciting role, you are creating lasting relationships while assisting clients with the selection, customization, and purchase of merchandise. You will have the ability to read and navigate each client's need, and match that to the benefits of recommended merchandise - landing at the “Perfect product for their space”.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meets required monthly sales and productivity standards.
• Demonstrates strong product knowledge (rugs, furniture, accessories, fabrics, etc.).
• Performs proactive and consistent follow-up with all quoted guests.
• Works to improve performance based on feedback provided by store management.
• Promptly solves guest concerns.
• Performs all opening and closing duties as directed
• Accurately performs all systems functions and maintains operational standards
• Works in collaboration with all team members

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent Some work experience in retail is a plus but not required. Some of our most successful associates had no prior experience in furniture retail. We will train ambitious candidates. Intermediate computer literacy Ability to work independently with little supervision/self-motivated. Ability to work well with others.

WEEKENDS REQUIRED

COMPENSATION: Guaranteed Salary plus monthly commission and monthly bonus incentive.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
