Shentel is hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative (RCSR) in our Frederick, MD Glo Fiber Store. We are looking for sales-oriented customer service professionals to sell Glo Fiber through face-to-face and over the phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of Glo Fiber in Frederick to keep your neighbors connected.

We offer a great work environment and competitive total compensation package that includes:
  • Hourly base pay rate + uncapped commission
  • World class 401(k) – up to 8% company contribution
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with company subsidies
  • Up to 3 weeks of PTO and up to 8 paid holidays
  • Work schedule: M-F, 9a– 6p with occasional overtime and rotating Saturdays
You worked hard for the following:
  • Your reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals
  • Your high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of customer service or call center experience
