Retail Customer Service Representative Job at Postal Annex
Postal Annex Woodland Hills, CA 91364
At Postal Annex, we provide business services to individuals and businesses. We help customers with packaging, shipping, copying, binding and faxing. We also sell packing and office supplies, greeting cards and stamps. We rent mailboxes and notarize documents. We perform housekeeping duties daily, and maintain an orderly and safe work environment at all times.
We are looking for someone who is willing to stay long-term (AT LEAST 1 YEAR).
Experience in other Postal Annex, UPS, FedEx, or any other similar stores is preferred, but NOT required.
Responsibilities include:
- Ringing up sales in the register
- Processing shipping transactions
- Making copies and processing print jobs
- Sorting Mail
- Packaging
- Laminating
- Custom box making
- Customer contact
- Cleaning
- Notary (if applicable)
In order to qualify, you MUST be:
- Fluent in English
- Friendly and willing to learn and listen
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Have at least basic computer knowledge and decent typing skills
