Retail Business Development Manager Job at NAPA Auto Parts
We are looking for a discerning Retail Business Development Manager to plan and enhance the retail sales areas at multiple NAPA Auto Parts locations. This position is responsible for displaying products, monitoring inventory, tracking sales and enhancing the customer retail experience at designated stores.
To ensure success as a Retail Business Development Manager, you should possess expert time management skills and a legitimate interest in fulfilling customers' expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Positioning products in an appealing manner.
- Keeping a regular check on inventory to ensure that stores are furnished with sufficient supplies at all times.
- Clearing expired, broken, and otherwise unsuitable products from the displays.
- Suggesting special offers and discounts on products.
- Advocating for the replenishment of supplies, if appropriate.
- Motivating for the discontinuation of items that have not gained traction.
- Assisting and coaching store associates on enhancing the retail experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a retail merchandiser, visual merchandiser, or similar.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to create appropriate and engaging product displays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Attentive to stockists' and consumers' needs.
- Professional and polite.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
