Restaurant Manager Job at Bloom Southern Kitchen
We're currently looking for a front of house restaurant manager who is ready to grow with a dynamic hospitality company.
Located in Eagle (Chester Springs/Exton), we opned in fall of 2020. We serve a casual, yet sophisticated & seasonally driven Southern menu in a charming, historic and recently renovated buidling. The beverage menu features quality-driven cocktails, a 160+ bourbon list and a wine list that we aspire to grow over time.
Our chef de cuisine is Charissee Johnson, most recently the Executive Chef and Johnson & Wales graduate. Our executive/corporate chef is Michael Falcone, who previously owned Funky Little Kitchen in Pottstown for over 9 years.
