This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with an innovative leadership team and guide the Human Resource functions at a growing health system. Responsibilities include legal and regulatory compliance with federal, state and local laws related to employment, benefits, compensation and training. CHRO will serve as internal consultant for employee issues, disciplines and terminations. Successful candidate will research, develop and implement benefit, compensation and employee incentive programs. This position also has budgetary responsibilities, leadership training oversight, management of an onsite daycare center, administration of an employee opinion survey and more. There are 9 human resource and payroll professionals that report to the CHRO.
A minimum of 10 years of human resources experience is required. At least 6 years in a HR leadership role. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required. Master’s Degree is preferred.
