Full Job Description

Want a chance to make a positive difference in people’s lives? New Frontier, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, serving the population of Nevada for over 50 years, provides residential and outpatient behavioral health services. New Frontier operates a 28 bed co-ed residential facility that provides treatment services for adults with substance use and mental health disorders and operates 24/7. Support staff are team members who work on the residential unit and are responsible for a wide range of roles. Interested individuals in this position would provide quality support to meet each person's unique needs.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who would be responsible for:

• Supervising residential clients
• Provide support and assistance with daily activities.
• Maintain up to date and accurate client records
• Work with diverse populations
• Demonstrate dependability and adaptability
• Cultivate relationships with clients
• Maintain positive relationships with other staff members and direct supportive service workers.
• Assistance with daily living skills, independent living skills, self-advocacy, and recreational activities.

· Monitor detox clients per agency policies and procedures.

· Lead educational groups
