- Conducts rounds of patient houses to monitor, assist, offer advice, and handle any questions concerning patient programs or behavior.
- Reviews staff performance in programs and provides relevant training directly.
- Reviews documentation and provides feedback to the staff as needed.
- Assigns any necessary additional work assignments to staff.
- Identifies patient family concerns and addresses or refers the concerns as required.
- Performs supervisory tasks such as performance evaluations, counseling reports, and scheduling.
- Performs duties of Caregiver when staffing dictates. Relieves NRS’s for breaks.
- Provides for the safety of patients, visitors, staff and self when interacting with patients who may have behavioral outbursts.
- Performs toilet and chair transfers without assistance for patients up to 150 pounds.
Job Requirements:
- High school graduation or G.E.D. required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Clear driving record.
- Experience in which potential administrative and supervisory competence has been demonstrated is required.
- COVID vaccination with booster (when eligible) required.
