We are a local residential cleaning business based in Sarasota, FL. Most of the cleaning involves maintaining high-end homes. We are looking for cleaners available to work 32-40 hours a week at an above-average rate for the industry.

We have a great company culture where everyone is valued and treated with respect.

Some requirements from you:

Prior experience is a PLUS but not a must (training is provided).

Must have a driver's license, insurance, and a dependable car.

Must be willing to have a background check (insurance reasons).

Authorized to work in the United States.

Able to lift at least 30 pounds

Speak fluent English

Be motivated to provide great service every day!

High standards of cleaning

Skills:

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Knowledge of health and safety standards

Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and maintain schedule while responding to incidents

Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods
