IHMVCU is seeking a Scanning and Research Agent to join the team at our Headquarters office in Moline, IL.

The successful candidate will need the following skills/qualifications:

  High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, technical environment
• Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience with researching both routine and escalated cases as necessary

Position Summary:

The Scanning and Research Agent is responsible for preparing, verifying and uploading pertinent member account and loan information while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. The role will also process incoming team member and member research requests such as statements, checks, subpoenas, tax forms and verifications. Attention to detail in this role will be especially important to make certain the data being stored can be properly viewed by other departments as needed. Consistent and accurate communication will also be required through phone, email, chat in regards to questions, research and resolutions with other departments, team members and members.
