Job Summary:
The Manager of Growth’s key responsibility is to expand market share through new business development,
sales opportunities and providing full end-to-end customer sales and account management. A
successful Manager of Growth holds themselves and their team accountable to sales goals and
performance through ongoing development, coaching and engagement.
- Selling manager role, responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned selling quota responsibility in
- Responsible for driving the performance of Sales Professionals within assigned region through
- Supports, advises, coaches and mentors sales team members on all aspects of their roles

- Manages the Sales Professionals to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed regional and

- Demonstrable track record of success in a B2B sales role, ideally with career progression
- Outstanding customer relationship management skills
- Requires market-related and operations knowledge
- Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal, communication, presentation, and
- Experience coaching and developing others
- Successful in finding and uncovering opportunities with net new and existing accounts, via
- Excellent listening skills with the attested ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to
- Requires market-related and operations knowledge
- Driving at least 30% of working time for in-person meetings - must have a valid driver’s license
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable: the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
