High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working in medical field preferred. Must have excellent customer service and customer relation skills.
Responsibilities include, registering patients at Optimum Life Center. Scans necessary information into scanner. Discusses and accepts co-pays/payments. Calls to get prescriptions if needed. Maintains medical records. Obtains authorizations from insurance carriers. Handles requests for records, copy and send out per requests. Calls new patients to remind them of their appointments. Answers and forwards calls to appropriate destinations.

Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm Friday 8am-2pm
