We are seeking to hire an RN Supervisor - Registered Nurse.

** Available Shift: 11PM to 7AM **

RN - Registered Nurse - Supervisor Job Summary:

• Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
• Regular rounding on nursing units to supervise staff, check residents, greet all new admissions.
• Ensure staff follow facility policies and procedures.
• Assist in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.
• Monitor and assure that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
• Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers, responsible parties or outside vendors.
• Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
• Respond to, assist with and document facility emergencies.
• Exercise hiring and terminating authority.
• Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
• Discipline unit staff according to Human Resources and nursing department policies.
• Supervise proper use of equipment. Recommend equipment and supply needs to Unit Supervisor.
• Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse, as necessary.

RN - Registered Nurse - Supervisor Qualifications:

• Current licensure in the State of MA as a Registered Nurse.
• Proof of COVID19 Vaccination AND BOOSTER Required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in nursing supervision or nursing management in Long-Term Care.
