This client is in need of Eval and follows up visits to conduct an assessment, progress, and recommendation

30mins / 45 mins per diem earn $65.00 per visit .
You can choose the hours and days you will like to work.
You will be providing care to a female client inside the comfort of her own home. This client needs IV Therapy and IV meds.

Requirements
1. Valid RN License or New Graduate
2. Must be willing to start ASAP
3. SPANISH SPEAKING *********************
Duties :
- This Registered Nurse will be responsible for patients in their homes while executing a high level of professionalism and care
- A qualified Home Health Registered Nurse for this position will have a license in the State of MI and BLS and ACLS certification.
- Complete Evaluations and daily care logs
- Organizing medicine and medication reminders
- Complete assessments

Qualifications :
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of MI
- Visit daily
- Must have experience with medication management wound care change/dressing, IV therapy, IV medication
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel to patient homes
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Clean background

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
