We are currently seeking experienced Cath Lab Nurses for travel opportunities in Tacoma, WA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Cardiac Catheterization Labs, including knowledge in prepping patients for procedures, monitoring vital signs during procedures, and assisting with patient recovery post-procedure.
Responsibilities:
Prepares patients for procedures by assessing vital signs, administering medications, and coordinating with the Cardiologist and other members of the healthcare team.
Monitors patients' conditions during procedures, including vital signs, heart rhythms, and blood pressure.
Assists Cardiologists with interventional procedures, including angioplasty, stents, and pacemaker implantation.
Job Details/Requirements:
- 4x10's + call
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, COVID Vaccine Required, Crisis Protocol Approved
- 2+ years of experience required.
- Needs to be experienced with sedation and Phase 1 recovery.
- Prefer EPIC experience.
