Regional Operations Coordinator Job at Bloom Energy

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling the Field Service Department's day-to-day workload to include, preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, as well as small, and large footprint work site coordination.
Location: Bloom Headquarters, San Jose
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Plan, schedule, and prepare maintenance operations on existing Bloom Energy fuel cell installations
· Prioritize, and coordinate a queue of service work
· Schedule and dispatch work for regional Field Service Technicians
· Coordinate third-party vendor logistics for preventative and planned maintenance and repair activities.
· Coordinate third-party vendors and sub-contractors for complex site projects and providing a clear scope of work.
· Coordinate with internal construction project managers to establish and execute system commissioning schedules to meet quarterly goals
· Bid and award maintenance work for trade contractors
· Interface with internal teams and share information across the organization
· Understand and work with detailed service reports for the service team
· Support technicians with material requests to supply chain for the procurement of service parts
· Maintain an On-Call watch-bill for Field Service Technicians
· Understand resource availability and qualifications
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and teammates. Be available and responsive through email, instant messaging, text, and cellular during working hours.
· Support procedural and policy compliance
· Able to start work early in the day to prepare a work schedule for all technicians in the Region
· Understand problems and work to provide resources to resolve them
Education and Experience:
· Education
o Associates degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or similar, or
o PMP certificate or similar, or
o Industry experience to show proficiency
· Experience
o 3+ years’ experience in a technical dispatching or scheduling setting preferred.
o Customer service knowledge required.
o Familiarity with electronic dispatch management; Experience with Salesforce Lightning preferred
Skills:
· Microsoft Office suite proficiency and ability to clearly communicate ideas and issues to a broad audience
· Can type at least 40 words per minute
· Attention to detail but still have a vision for the bigger picture
· Ability to stay organized and keep track of many varied simultaneous projects
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively for themselves and others
· Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, inventory methods, tracking, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
