A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGIONAL MANAGER
As our Regional Manager, you play a vital role in directing and managing sales, service and deposit growth with the designated region. You'll be responsible for providing overall direction, guidance, coaching and support to Branch Managers and Sales Leaders within the designated region. Manage, evaluate and recognize the performance of direct reports by providing continuous feedback, coaching and mentoring to grow managers. This role is responsible for managing the sales program within the designated region and works with direct reports to set performance standards that are specific and measurable. This role demonstrates knowledge and understanding of products and services, as well as those offered by competitors. As the Regional Manager you provide guidance to branch managers for establishing relationships with prospective customers through sales and relationship building, including participation in sales calls and activities. You'll work with appropriate areas of the Bank to identify solutions for need through existing products and services along with enhancements to systems. You are the mentor that supports employees while also holding them accountable to live the Horicon Bank mission and virtues. REGIONAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5 years minimum banking/sales experience required
- Previous management experience required

REGIONAL WORK SCHEDULE
Your schedule as a full-time Regional Manager is typically Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with an average of 40 hours per week. Role may require some unscheduled evening and weekend work, as well as regular travel within the region.
