Underwood Property Management is a rapidly growing company that is searching for someone with a great attention to detail. We are seeking to hire an experienced regional maintenance supervisor that can direct remodeling projects of houses throughout the Omaha area as well as manage all aspects of apartment maintenance for our entire portfolio. This is an exciting role for someone that is self-disciplined with excellent time management skills.

This is a hands-on position that will require an active role in the office and onsite completing projects. If you are looking for an office only role, this position is not for you.

The regional maintenance supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with employees, vendors, and sub-contractors to keep projects organized and moving forward. They will secure bids on projects and make recommendations that enhance current policies and procedures. The regional maintenance supervisor will be responsible for ordering and ensuring all supplies for projects are available. This position requires skills and experience in full kitchen/bathroom remodels, cabinet install, LVP install, tile, drywall, painting, trim, door and window install, electrical and plumbing, old and new plumbing to include galvanized, cast iron, copper and pvc is preferred.

Additional Skills Needed

• Ability to supervise and coordinate with other team members on several different projects at the same time
• Communicate with appropriate parties regarding timelines, updates, and any other relevant information
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Experience with AppFolio or other PMS
• Ability to utilize technology to increase efficiency IE Microsoft Office, Google Docs, PDF, Asana

This is a full-time position with potential for overtime. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with some weekends, evenings, holidays and on-call as needed. Applicants must have reliable transportation, the ability to drive and be insured on a company vehicle. Pay for this position starts at $30/hr. and up depending on experience.
