Regional Director Job at The Primary Health Network
Position Overview
The Regional Director is responsible in assisting with the supervision and monitoring of the Practice Managers in the operations department, and to assist the Chief Operating Officer. The Regional Director will be responsible for the operational activities of the Network in an effort to maximize growth and stability, as well as providing administrative duties to Network operations.
Location and Hours of Position
The general office hours for this position is 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. The position will oversee multiple offices: Jacksonville, Tri-County, and Punxsutawney.
Education/Experience Requirement
- Four year degree in healthcare or business related field
- Master's Degree in related field or two (2) years management experience
- Minimum of four(4) years experience in the healthcare or business field
- Previous experience in a community health center is preferred
Additional Job Qualifications/Skills
- Previous experience in management/leadership (preferred, but not required)
- Previous experience in a Community Health Center (FQHC) (preferred, but not required)
- Computer proficient (required)
- Travel required
