The Skills You Will Need
- A Personal Care Home Administrator License from the Department of Human Services and/or licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator preferred bur not required.
- College degree or 5 years experience in personal care preferred.
- 5 years of management experience required.
- Prior experience in administration in the healthcare field is preferred.
