The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is responsible for developing relationships marine and RV dealers, and is the primary sales and service contact for these dealers. The RAM works with various dealers to develop referrals of their customers for marine/RV financing.
Attains monthly, quarterly, and annual production goals for the assigned territory.
Communicates with owners, managers and sales personnel in the dealerships to develop favorable business relationships for the Bank.
Provides extensive financing sales assistance and seminars to dealership personnel, including training personnel on various techniques used to sell financing to customers.
Participates in all NSB sponsored marine and RV trade show activities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or its equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in sales and/or marketing is preferred. A minimum of three years of sales experience (with a demonstrated history of sales success) in the auto and/or marine/RV industry is required. Ideal candidate resides in the Minneapolis area, covering that territory along with the Duluth area and the Northwest Wisconsin region...Eau Claire, LaCrosse, and Superior.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required, as the position requires extensive customer contact. Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends.
