Recruiting Specialist Daily Life

• Identify, source and recruit talented individuals to join our team. Make an amazing first impression with candidates, and maintain a high quality of interaction throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle.
• Represent Ulliman Schutte by organizing and attending job fairs and other in-person career events throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West US.
• Collaborate with our first-class marketing team to produce high quality recruitment literature, job postings, advertisements, videos and social media content.
• Organize, track and maintain our online job postings, company profiles, and other digital forms of attracting, sourcing and tracking applicants and candidates.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with university career services representatives, co-op advisors, and our internal recruiting champions.
• Support Project Team in other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with successfully recruiting in the engineering and construction industry.
• Experience working in or around construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience with digital recruitment media.
• Personable and positive attitude and an enjoyment about building relationships with many kinds of people day in and day out.
• Strong determination, grit, and persistence.
