The team at Onset Financial, headquartered in Draper, UT, is growing. We are looking to hire a talented Recruiter for our St. George location to identify and hire top talent. As our recruiter, you will play a critical role by:

• Focusing on hiring talented sales professionals who prospect over the phone for new business.
• Qualifying candidates and creating a talent pipeline to reach hiring targets.
• Proactively source and attract top talent through a variety of resources using LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, and other social media platforms and tactics.
• Implementing new and creative ways to increase and promote employee referrals and attract key talent.
• Utilizing our ATS to screen candidates' resumes and job applications and conduct interviews while providing a great candidate experience from beginning to end.
• Being the point of contact for the candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Designing and leading events to attract talent and drive the Onset brand.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has 2+years' experience recruiting (preferably with telesales professionals).
• Has the ability to prioritize and self-manage as they support the company in what is planned to be our biggest year of growth.
• Maintains a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
• Is a solutions-oriented problem-solver.
• Experience in digital recruiting (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Has a proven track record in identifying and engaging active and passive telesales professionals.
• Has an excellent eye for finding, attracting, and assessing talent and not stopping until they find the right candidate.
• Can think outside the box, are creative, and wow people by hiring great employees that wouldn't have been discovered without them!
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• BS/BA degree preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This position is in-office located at our Draper, UT campus.
