Position Highlights
  • Conduct full life cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned openings.
  • Grow candidate pipelines for assigned positions.
  • Establish favorable working relationship with hiring managers providing regular updates.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage assigned requisitions to ensure posting visibility and to meet key talent acquisition performance indicators

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in recruiting, sales, marketing, customer service, health care, or a related field is required.
  • Must have at least one or more years of experience in recruiting and a proven track record of positive results and demonstrated competence with recruiting techniques.
