Recreation Supervisor

Duties and responsibilities:

• Site Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of Saturday & Sunday Social recreation programs for kids and teens with a wide range of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Monday - Friday evening hours may vary.
• Supervision of 5-15 TERI INC recreation staff.
• Ensuring the program meets the philosophical and recreational standards of the corporation.
• Requires exceptional communication skills.
• Highly developed organizational abilities and effective interpersonal skills.
• Facilitate additional opportunities through social and recreational programs in the community.
• Overseeing & managing behavior safely through evidence-based practices and company approved methods.
• Collaborating with BCBA to ensure fidelity of behavior plan implementation.

Shift: 12-18 hours per week, Mandatory Weekend Availability, Flexible hours Monday- Friday to include evenings and Holidays as needed.

Salary : $20.00 hour based on education and experience.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year supervisory experience preferred,
• HS/GED, & criminal background check.
• CA Driver’s License with acceptable driving history
• Must produce a negative marijuana / Drug screen
