We are seeking a Recovery Coach to work with individuals one-on-one and in group settings who have eating disorder. An ideal candidate will be compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to helping individuals change their lives, and willing to help out in all aspects of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Eat with the clients to demonstrate normative eating patterns
- Support clients through meals, and through out the day
- Ensure programming is running on time
- Holding boundaries and keeping guidelines in place for clients safety
- Be a role model for the client.
- Be comfortable speaking with a variety of people.
- Communicate and work as a team
- Document and report on daily observations
You must:
- Be able to work some weekends, holidays
- Be comfortable with eating what is served
- Have a valid DL
