Eye Q Optique is a thriving optical boutique and optometrist practice with locations in Chicagoland. Our stores are fast paced with unlimited traffic that require friendly, motivated, customer service oriented employees.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist patients in finding the perfect frame style and lens
- Answering phone/scheduling appointments
- Look up insurance and explain patient benefits
- Pretest patients before eye exam
- Perform frame adjustments and minor repairs
- Work as a team to insure all patients receive excellent customer service
Must have good communication and basic computer skills. Customer service, retail or medical office experience a plus. Must be fluent in English. Bilingual applicants preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
