Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is looking for a full time Receptionist position for our Salt Lake City office. Our Salt Lake City location is a new office with huge opportunities for you to develop your professional craft right alongside our growing office.
The ideal candidate will answer incoming calls and transfer internally and externally using the Cisco Phone System; greet and assist guests, vendors and co-workers; schedule internal conference rooms, visitor offices, and catering and equipment; set up conference rooms as requested with food, beverages, and any other special requests. In addition, this position will assist our Business Services team on a daily basis as needed.
To qualify you must demonstrate professional telephone etiquette, and excellent verbal and written communication. The ability to effectively, pleasantly, and professionally communicate with all levels of employees throughout the firm is required. You must demonstrate the ability to work well with others in a team-based environment and must exercise extraordinary discretion and maintain client and attorney confidentiality. Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are required.
The primary location for this job posting is in Salt Lake City. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows: $17.98 - $24.33 per hour.
The compensation for this position may include overtime and a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
