Whites Creek Wellness and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility located in Nashville TN is seeking a qualified Receptionist.
Monday - Friday.
RECEPTIONIST Job Descriptions and Duties:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook email.
- Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures and state & federal guidelines governing functions in the skill nursing care facility.
- Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the department.
- Perform proficiently in all competency areas including patient rights, safety, sanitation, etc.
- Maintain professional working relationships with associates, vendors, family members, residents, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information. Must understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude at all times.
- Assist in any assigned functions including patient assistance such as evacuation during drills or emergencies.
