Responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Process payments
- Answer billing questions
- Scanning, mailing, email faxing, filing
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client service
- Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.
