We are currently hiring a Shop Coordinator at our Westworth Village (Fort Worth), TX location. This is a part time entry level position, though we are a company that is continuing to grow and would like to promote within as opportunities arise. We are looking for someone to work approximately 25-32 hours per week. *Please do not apply if you are unable to consistently work weekends.*

Job Description: As a Shop Coordinator, you will be required, but not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in person and over the phone
- Detailed knowledge of services on our menu
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
- Assist clientele with creating, adjusting, and checking in for appointments
- Handle various payment types during check-out process
- Help clientele with retail product questions
- Maintain store cleanliness standards such as sweeping, dusting, laundry, etc.
- Work together with fellow staff and keep a positive work environment
Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and typing knowledge
- Punctual, on time, and highly motivated
- Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain a consistently polished appearance
- Be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
- 16 years or older
Compensation:
- Begins at $10.50 an hour
- Commission for retail product sold
- Bonus opportunities available
