JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, the Receptionist position performs a variety of reception/clerical duties and limited accounting functions, including, but not limited to the following:
- Answer phone professionally and efficiently. Assist callers while honoring confidentiality of employee names, titles, departments, and contact information.
- Welcome visitors warmly and help connect them with their escort.
- Ensure that no one enters the building without proper security access or escort.
- Assist employees with locating Conference rooms and employees’ workstation locations.
- Assist employees with booking of Conference rooms.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a Business College Diploma or an Office Education Certificate with a minimum of 3-5 years of working clerical, administrative and/or receptionist experience.
Additionally, you will possess the following:
- Proficient with computer
- Operate telephone system
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and organize efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $21.22 per hour
