Receiving Supervisor Job at Gerkin Windows & Doors
Gerkin Windows & Doors is a nationally recognized window and door manufacturer located in South Sioux City, NE. We are currently looking to fill our Receiving Supervisor position.
A successful candidate is someone who has prior experience in a leadership role directing the activities of a receiving team in handling delivers and inventory.
The supervisor position will manage a team, handle multiple tasks at once, pay close attention to the details, be proficient in count and number tracking, as well as using basic math skills. They will be responsible for all deliveries, inventory, and ensuring our production teams are stocked with materials and parts. Operating powered industrial trucks is essential.
This is a physical position that involves being on your feet for 8 or more hours in a work shift, being able to climb, walk, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds is mandatory.
The shift schedule is 5:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday thru Friday and rotating Saturdays. As business needs dictate, overtime may be required. Being able to work overtime is a must.
