The Real Estate Inside Sales Associate (ISA) position is a sales and administrative position responsible for maintaining Client relationships, database conversion, working closely with Sales Agents & setting appointments. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of an organization while advancing along with it.

Qualifications for the Real Estate Inside Sales Associate:

  • Customer service or client-facing experience is required
  • Real estate experience is a plus
  • Impeccable communication
  • CRM Management | Follow Up Boss preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of G-Suite & basic gmail functions
  • Sales calling experience preferred
  • Ideal candidate thrives in a quick moving sales environment and thoroughly enjoys connecting and speaking with potential new and existing clients via phone throughout the majority of their day
  • Display self motivation and determination to meet personal goals

Responsibilities for the Real Estate Inside Sales Associate:

  • Connecting, building, and retaining customer relationships
  • CRM Management
  • Communicating with Agents & scheduling appointments
  • Answering office phone
  • Following up with cold leads
  • Maintaining systematic database for accurate record keeping
  • Exploring new lead sources
  • Hit goal of expected appointments set weekly/monthly
