$80,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Show Homes: Gather detailed property information ahead of time and then meet with homebuyers to facilitate a seamless and FUN property showing experience.
• Provide Detailed Feedback to Buyer's Agent: Meticulously gather feedback about homebuyer's impressions of the toured homes and communicate this info, along with any follow-up questions, to our team's Buyer's Agent (e.g., What did clients love about the house? What did they dislike? etc.)
• Attend All Home Inspections: Facilitate homebuyer's inspections and gather detailed notes on inspection findings, follow-up items, and follow-up questions. Communicate all information back to Buyer's Agent.
• Attend Final Walk-Through: Ensure the home is in proper and expected condition before final closing.
• Key Handoff Celebration: Meet with our clients to deliver the keys to their new home in grand, celebratory fashion!
• Host Open Houses: Provide a warm, gracious, and welcoming Open House experience for prospective buyers. Build rapport and answer any questions. After the open house, provide detailed summary by the end of the day to our team's Listing Agent.

• You are highly outgoing and love interacting with and connecting with new people all the time
• You are detail-oriented and take note of the small things…client preferences, kids' names, pet's names, etc...
• You have a servant's heart; you love to support clients and your team
• You communicate extremely well, both verbally and through your writing
• You LOVE homes, families, and Pasadena!
• You are already licensed but prefer NOT to sell, negotiate, deal with contracts, etc.
• You are a confident, resourceful, and highly motivated self-starter who can work independently; you don’t require someone looking over your shoulder all day.
• You execute with speed and decisiveness, and understand how to manage priorities.
• You are comfortable working with affluent clientele and know how to deliver white-glove service
