This is Jackie with Northwoods Community Realty. We have had phenomenal growth and a phenomenal year. We are looking for a couple of “A players” to join our team.

Plenty of leads, with lots of training.

Most of the time, when an agent considers going from one company to another, the one question the agent thinks is the most important is…: “What commission split can I get?”

250 new buyer leads this month with not enough salespeople to work them. Are you interested in changing your income?

We may or may not be a fit, but it might be worth a sit down to see. I am looking for a couple of “A players” to join my team, specifically as buyer agents and listing partners.

Are you staying in real estate? There is no need to struggle—systems, Training, leads, and, most important, deals

How many transactions did you do this year? Agents on my team are doing 20-30 transactions a year.

Did a friend or past client list or buy a home with another agent? And, you couldn’t believe it? How would you like to make sure that never happens again!? Then do something different.

So, have you been thru all the company rah-rah, training, meetings, and conferences… and you’re still not making money? Maybe it’s time to do something different than what 90% of all the other agents do… and keep failing at.

Did you also know that last year, LESS than 5% of the agents sold at least one property per month (12 per year)? That’s it. That means 95% of the agents sell LESS than one transaction a month. Where are you on this list? Wouldn’t you like to be in the top 5%?

It gets worse… Did you also know that last year, LESS than 15% of the agents sold at least 6 properties in a year? That’s it. That means 85% of the agents sell LESS! How would you like to sell 25, 45, or even 65 homes a year?

Compensation:

$100,000

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
  • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
  • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
  • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
  • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction

  • Ability to be coachable. We have the training to make you successful; you need to be coachable and do the work.

Qualifications:
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
  • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
  • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
