Position Summary: The Radiologic Technologist’s primary role is to produce images of tissues, organs, bones, and vessels and, with advanced training, assisting in the administration of radiation therapy treatments. The Radiologic Technologist performs other duties as assigned by Radiology Director or designee and behaves in a professional manner that is consistent with the mission of Claiborne County Medical Center.
Position Requirements:
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Must be RT(R) ARRT registered in Radiography and licensed in the state of Mississippi. Minimum one year of CT experience is required. Credentialed RT(R)(CT) applicants are preferred, or CT registry eligible.
Certification as a Medical Radiation Technologist, strongly preferred. ART registered or eligible and BLS certification.
Education: Associates degree in Radiologic Technology.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years hospital experience preferred, not required.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
