What you will be doing
As of August 24, 2021, AmerisourceBergen requires all U.S. team members to be fully vaccinated and show proof of completed vaccine status at time of hire. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Handle calls, shipments, and inquiries for the Fedex/EPL, Live Animal, Active Systems, Import Customer Service, Technical Support, Special Services, & Communications Departments to maintain 24x7x365 business continuity.
o Monitor and handle the shared email inboxes associated with these departments.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. College Education and/or industry experience preferred or a combination of education and work experience.
