NCT Technologies Group, Inc. is looking for Quality Engineer to join their NCT team in Medina, OH. Enjoy supporting your team of associates to produce products that are Powder Coat and E-Coat painted to meet customer timelines and quality requirements.

Major Responsibilities:

· Inspecting, testing and evaluating the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment

· Making sure processes adhere to quality standards

· Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

· Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools and quality manufacturing processes

· Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements in quality control

· Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and make sure that manufacturer’s procedures and instructions are followed in order to keep production equipment operational.

· Help eliminate waste/improve efficiencies

· Create drawings for customer parts and inhouse use.

· Communicating with customers and coworkers

Characteristics needed to succeed as Quality Engineer:

· 1-2 years’ experience in engineering

· 1-2 years experience in paint line production

· Analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving

· Interpersonal

· Ability to work well under pressure

· Leadership

· Teamwork

· Problem-solving

· Information technology

· Excellent communication skills

· ERP Experience

· ISO Experience

Pay Range: 65k or higher based on experience.
