We at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies run the business operations of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) in the Americas. Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies is a joint venture between Freudenberg and NOK Corp. in Japan, is headquartered in Plymouth, MI, operates more than 20 facilities and employs about 4,700 people across the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the surveillance and execution of the Global Management System (GMS) through internal audits
  • Assures that non-conformities are effectively closed
  • Works in collaboration with the various stakeholders to provide support during the evaluation of customer specific requirements with respect to the Quality Management System and Warranty requirements
  • Supports in defining and identifying new quality strategies and quality system tools, especially when market requirements change or new business is acquired
  • Seeks out opportunities to drive continuous improvement efforts with the goal of enhancing the Global Quality Management System
  • Monitors, evaluates, analyzes, and supports the improvement of Quality Key Performance Indicators and guides improvement projects
  • Executes internal system and process audits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; or compensating years of experience
  • 0 - 5 years of Industry-relevant professional experience
  • Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
  • Professional-Level English language skills preferred
