Everytable is looking for a Production Quality Assurance Technicians to join our team. Start time for this position will be either 3PM, 5PM or 7PM driven by fulfillment start times.

- Must be able to work flexible shifts, days, hours, and weekends, and work overtime on as needed basis

- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of Microbiology, Chemistry, and Biology
- Must have knowledge of food safety programs (HACCP/Food Safety Plan, GMPs, Sanitation, Pest Control, Environmental Monitoring, Allergen Control)
- Must have knowledge of elements of line process inspection
- B.S in Food Technology or science-related fields is desirable or relevant Quality Assurance work experience of a minimum of two years.
- Analytical skills to be able to monitor product/process to identify and address any non-compliance

What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Audits CCP/PCs and confirms compliance with Food Safety and Quality Plans by conducting direct observations
- Collect, analyze and maintain shelf life retained samples/storage.
- Conduct Sanitation Pre-Operational Inspections and engage in correcting any identified deficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Inspect inbound product/ audit outbound shipments (fulfillment)
- Oversight of production’s QC checks/performs direct observations on CCPs/PCs.
- Maintaining Good Laboratory Practices and clean and organized workstations.
- Audit and provide oversight on QC production CCP/PCs and conduct direct observations
- Audit critical control records and process control points for compliance to product quality, food safety requirements.
- Perform ATP Swab Testing and Environmental Swab Testing as assigned
- Performing other duties assigned by FSQA Coordinator.
Essential Functions
- Must be able to work on wet concrete floors, walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to climb and safely work off of ladders and in confined spaces
- Some bending/kneeling/stooping required
- Frequent walking
- Lifting, moving, and positioning of objects and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a fast, sometimes loud environment with varying temperatures
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to cleaning fluids, manufacturing equipment noise, refrigeration, air conditioning and heating
